With this, D&V Philippines launched its DVTransform program last 2022, which aims to incentivize employees who would submit innovative process improvements made for their respective department for the year. This program’s role in driving process improvements for the company has been crucial, strengthening the efforts of D&V Philippines while creating a culture of connectedness and accountability within the employees.
What is the DVTransform Program?
DVTransform is an internal initiative by our Quality Assurance (QA) department that happens on an annual basis.
Aimed to enhance operational efficiency across all departments, this program encourages teams and individuals to identify bottlenecks, propose innovations, and implement process improvements that optimize their departmental workflows, improve and innovate their overall process.
This program is not limited to any single department. Quite the contrary, the QA department openly encourages all departments from the company to submit their proposals – which can range from improvement of day-to-day tasks to innovative large-scale process improvements.
Once a department implements a new process improvement, they can submit it to the DVTransform Program for review and consideration for the DVTransform Recognition Program which happens at the end of every year. The company evaluates these improvements based on their effectiveness, scalability, and impact on overall efficiency.
