This certification is managed and awarded by the Great Place To Work® Institute, the global authority on workplace culture. They use a research-backed approach to studying employee experience and workplace culture.

To become certified, companies undergo a rigorous assessment process, including the Trust Index™ Survey—a globally recognized standard for measuring workplace experience. Employees are invited to provide feedback, and if results meet the institute’s benchmarks, the certification and badge are awarded along with insights for improvement.

 

Why Does a Great Place to Work® Certification Matter?
