With online platforms continually expanding, it’s common for our personal and professional lives to become entangled. Crossing paths with a colleague or a client online adds another layer to your professional relationship.
However, it also opens the door to miscommunication, which can lead to losing clients, damaging the reputation of our Company, or getting in trouble with regulators. For this reason, these social media guidelines have been developed to protect the interests of D&V Philippines, our employees, and our clients.
We also believe that our employees are the primary assets of D&V Philippines. Since you’re an extension of the Company, whatever you share on social media reflects on the Company’s image. As such, let’s make sure that we represent it well.
