Financial Statement Analysts

Requirements:

  • Preferably CPA with experience in an audit environment.

  • Possess strong analytical skills.

  • Can prepare and analyze financial statements.

  • Knowledgeable in closing books of account.

  • Able to operate in a highly automated environment (paperless).

  • Full-Time positions available – day shift only.

  • Compensation commensurate to qualifications.


Human Resource Officer

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate will be responsible for human resource management activities of the organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, training, labor relation, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance.

  • Conducts applicant recruitment, job advertising, interviewing, background checking, and extending employment offers.

  • Ensures that all new hires are aware of company culture, policies and procedures and employee benefits.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

  • Strong technical and practical knowledge of the key HR areas (recruiting and staffing, organization development, employee orientation and training, policy development and documentation).

  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

  • Proficient in office automation applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

  • Must have supervisory experience.

  • Independent, persuasive, articulate and responsive to concerns/issues of end-users.
